About Keane Heller

Keane is an Associate Vice President on the Real Estate team at Newfront and focuses on Habitational style risk (apartment buildings, HOAs and Co-Ops), commercial real estate portfolios, REITs, and real estate developments (both new ground up construction and renovations).

Keane’s specialization has given him a thorough understanding of the different risks his clientele face, how to best protect his clients’ assets against those risks by implementing mitigating loss exposures and utilizing different risk transfer strategies through an analysis of the total cost of risk. Keane is a fierce advocate for his clients when negotiating policy coverage language, and when managing claims. He believes there is no one size fits all solution and understands how to evolve clients’ risk transfer strategy as his clients’ needs evolve and the insurance market conditions change.
