Created by Responders for Responders, All Clear Foundation supports the well-being of Emergency Responders and their families. Emergency and disaster response work has always been challenging but the past several years have made it even more so- wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, COVID - the list goes on. Join this session regarding the free and accessible tools, resources, and systems that are available to help us take better care of our own.

About Rhonda Kelly

Rhonda Kelly started her career in emergency response in 1996, spending the next 21 years working in career and volunteer roles in EMS, Fire, and Nursing. During her career, she also served as the Health & Safety Officer for a metropolitan Fire Department, developing physical fitness, nutrition, wellness, injury prevention, crisis response, and mental wellness programs. In 2016, she founded ResponderStrong, a collaborative initiative to build better mental health supports for responders and their families. In January 2020, ResponderStrong transitioned to its new home within the All Clear Foundation as Rhonda became the Director of Health, Wellness, and Resilience for Global Medical Response. Since November 2020, she has also served as the Executive Director of the All Clear Foundation, a non-profit focused on improving the overall wellness of Emergency Responders, including Healthcare Workers, and their families
