About Lance Harcrow

Lance Harcrow joined Estes Forwarding Worldwide in 2004 as a Business Development Manager in Dallas, Texas. Over Lance’s tenure with EFW, he has promoted and contributed to the growth of the organization by leading teams as Director of the Southwest Region, Director of Global Sales, VP of Sales and Marketing, and 7 years as SVP of Sales and Operations. Currently, SVP of Operations, Lance oversees all domestic, international, and corporate operations, EFW’s carrier management, and EFW Warehousing. With more than 35 years of experience in domestic and International freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain logistics, Lance understands the importance of creating sustainable supply chain solutions that drive positive experiences for customers and employees. Lance attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where he studied Business Management.
